Hi db. Thankfully I have air con in my bedroom. I think I will be confined to my bed for the rest of the week, only venturing out for food and loo breaks. How about you?

Lucky you. no air con in my bedroom. I put up a shade sail over the window yesterday to try and stop some of the direct heat.

i like the idea of the air con though. :)
