To Willy and back

I caught the ferry to Williamstown for lunch and a wander around today.
This is Victoria Dock.

HMAS Castlemaine at Williamstown's Gem Pier. It's a maritime museum.

  1. Something I have promised myself to do myself one day. I like old Willie Town.

  2. Hehe. Yeah, I like it too. My friend thinks it's ripe for redevelopment, and I suppose it is, but I like it the way it is - a bit sleepy.

I found out today there is a jet boat you can get from St Kilda to Williamstown. Much more fun than the slow ferry, I imagine.

  3. I've never been to Williamstown. Looks nice though! I love the row of houses.
