Old meets new

I love how many different types of old stonework you can see here against the
 backdrop of modern architecture. Little Lonsdale Street looking south.


The old brick wall behind the Section 8 outdoor bar, with the ghosts of what
 used to be. Tattersalls Lane in the city.

  2. Incredible what you can really SEE Frisky.

    The alley in Richmond (last pic) reminds me so much of the alleyways in UK where I lived. Presumably they built the original houses to the same plan/layout/design as UK as they had no other concept.

    It's such a neat tidy laneway with it's rubbish bins all lined up neatly (so much better than on the footpath.
