  1. All of a sudden I realise that I have never visited in summer.

    Great shot.

  2. Such intense sun - the shadow is dark dark dark. This is a great shot, the colours are wonderful. Now about the name of the cafe: Brood Box. That's a bit disturbing.

When I was a kid I lived on a farm and was in charge of the chooks. We had a rooster and every so often one of the hens would become broodie. We would set up a brood box for her and she would collect the eggs that she thought were goers and would happily sit on them until they hatched and hey presto she had her "brood".

I don't think I want to go into that cafe.

  4. Hi Matthew. Maybe not such a bad thing?

Hello Julie. I probably should have come back later in the day when the sun wasn't overhead, but I knew I'd forget! I was just passing on my lunch break.

Totally agree about the name of the cafe. Not appealing at all.

Hi Chrome. Yep, this was taken in the middle of the day when the temperature was in the high 30s. That's too hot for me too.
